Uage of Tradeindia domains is subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned here under. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are agreeing to use the Service with these Terms and Conditions as it is under all applicable laws and regulations.

To provide our users with maximum possible options for registration of domain name, except that of .COM and .NET, tradeindia needs to use a registered domain name service provider. tradeindia has chosen & has contracted with Tucows.com to provide domain name registration services for every other domain names available. You hereby authorize tradeindia to acquire your selected domain name through the above named tradeindia partner. The usage of the service is further subject to the Terms & Conditions of the respective registrar.
The registration of the domain name is for minium 1 year or multiple periods that is paid for and thereafter, in case, there is no renewal after paying the appropriate and required renewal fees, the domainjerry.com service will not be available to you. tradeindia will intimate you on the renewal of the service that is due but it is not the responsibility of tradeindia to give you such intimations in advance. It is confirmed by you that the responsibility of renewing the service will lie with you.
You can place an order either via a Credit Card or through Cheque or Demand Draft. Upon placing your order through a Credit Card, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card account in advance for the full price of the Service for one year or more as per your order. All payments made by Cheque and Demand Draft shall be done in favor of INFOCOM NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. payable at New Delhi, and to be sent to A – 86, Okhla industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi -110020, India. While tradeindia will make every effort to provide you the service upon realization of your payment, it is understood and agreed by you that due to technical or any other reasons, it may not be possible for tradeindia to provide you with the service even after receipt of your payment on account of non-availability of the domain name / e-mail address. In such a situation, you will be entitled only to a refund of your payment and no other compensation in any form or manner, whatsoever.
You understand and acknowledge that the person whose name is on record will be considered as the Registrant, who will have sole legal ownership of the booked Domain. It is your sole responsibility and not that of domainjerry.com in any way, to ensure that the proper Registrant name is recorded.
Registration process requires you to provide certain information. You must promptly update the information you provide, as is needed to keep it true, cor rect, accurate, current, and complete. You must provide the following information when registering your Domain: (i) The legal name and postal address of the Registrant (the Domain owner/holder); (ii) The Domain being registered; (iii) The full legal name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and, when available, fax number of the administrative, technical, and billing contacts for the Domain; (iv) The name of the primary nameserver and any secondary nameserver for the Domain; Incase it is not provided then by default tradeindia Dns will be taken.
In addition to the information you are required to provide, domainjerry.com maintains records related to your Registration. These records may include, at domainjerry.com sole discretion, without limitation: (i) The original creation date of the Registration; (ii) The submission date and time of the Application (iii) Records of account for your Registration, including, without limitation, dates and amounts of all payments (iv) The expiration date of the Registration; (v) Any other information regarding any and all other activities between you and domainjerry.com regarding your Registration and related Services.
You acknowledge and agree that tradeindia will book a domain name for you only after realization of payment and the service will commence thereafter subject to availability of the domain name.
Even after commencement of the services by us, tradeindia reserves the right in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Services if there is any default in your payment. A payment "default" means that your credit card company denies the charge to your credit card account or that the cheque or Demand Draft you send us is not honoured by the issuing bank.
You agree and confirm that that tradeindia may, at our sole discretion, change the Fee Structure at any time without prior intimation. However, this will only apply to future period(s).
The violation of the terms & conditions will result in cancellation of services and no refund will be made.
No refund / cancellation for domain names booked will be made. Further non-usage of the service does not entitle you for a refund of any portion of the payment made to us for this service.
domainjerry.com is an ICANN accredited domain registrar under the name of INFOCOM NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, for .COM and .NET tld's only. tradeindia Domain works as an intermediary to M/s Tucows.com .You acknowledge and agree that the overall management of your domain name (except .COM, and .NET) rests with either M/s Tucows.com only and domainjerry.com shall have no liability towards management of Domain excluding .COM and .NET whatsoever.
